


This green leafy wallpaper was shown in this demo of build 5355.vbl_media_ehome.060330-2100, I am not sure what the demo was for or where it was presented, but I am guessing sumthin to do with media based on the build tags, this would have been just after the Feb CTP Refresh in and before Vista Beta 2 on May 1 2006. So I began going through my screenshots collection and started to put some things together I am sure there are a lot more that I don’t have I know of one for sure and that’s the Athens PC demos that featured the uber-wickedly-super-duper-rarest of the rares cherry blossom wallpaper (people still email me asking me if I have it…I DONT HAVE IT!!!!) but…here’s what I came up with (in no particular order): **links and uploads updated Jan2020. it still goes on now as seen with Windows 8. However you can launch Task Manager by pressing Ctrl+Shift+Esc with which you can launch any programs you need or even browse in a limited way (By opening the Run dialog and clicking Browse).So I was thinking about some of the older Microsoft demos of builds that were shown at various times through out the build stages of Windows Longhorn, Windows Vista and Windows 7 and the correlation with the wallpapers shown in the demos, its like every time a demos a is shown the wallpaper that was shown in the demo is/was the most sought after item, sometimes more then the build itself. The desktop will not appear with the prompt and Explorer may not launch. Clicking Yes will hardly perform any action and will bring up another exact prompt. The prompt will appear titled 'Desktop' and will ask to proceed to work in safe mode or to System Recovery. Broken Safe Mode - This build has a glitch with the Explorer Safe Mode desktop prompt.The second being that the Filter and Preview panes may occasionally appear black or show parts of content behind the window. The first being that the Navigation Bar only allows for navigation by clicking on parent directories in the bar. Faulty File Browse UI - The main File Browse UI has two noticeable bugs.Then double-click it to add it to the registry. Save the following in a text file and change its extension to. You can try this fix (that may or may not work). However, several unofficial patches have been created to address this issue. Folder Creation Bug - There is a bug present in this build that prevents occasional creation of folders in Explorer.There are some bugs/issues present in this build, some of which are:
